Pillnitz Castle
On a nice summer evening I decided to go to the Kleinzschachwitz ferry landing and walk along the southern bank of the Elbe river where I knew was a good spot for a view of Pillnitz Castle which is most beautiful from the river side.
Semperoper
In the city of Dresden there are plenty of beautiful places, the Altstadt being the most famous. In the evening, I went to Theatre Square for some blue hour photographs of the buildings around that square.
Procession of Princes
I hadn’t been to Dresden for a couple of years, so it was definitely time for another visit. My first visits to the city had been back in the days when Germany was divided. It was on one visit with my family, that I saw the Fürstenzug (which is the German name for this mural) for the first time.
